We are John and Ellie, together we make up the Adventures Of Jellie, a travel blog that hopes to inspire you to get out of your comfort zone and travel the world!

Our travel guides cover everything; from the bucket list ‘must see’ destinations through to undiscovered gems. We tell you where to eat the best street food, where to have a sunset beer as well as the best places to stay, what to do and how to get around - our travel blog covers everything.

Alongside all the essential travel information we share our stories, mishaps and everything we’ve learnt on our backpacking adventures!

We are a South London couple, with a passion for travel, food and photography. After meeting at university, and spending a decade in the offices of London we gave into our wanderlust and set off on our travels. We packed in our jobs, set off and Adventures of Jellie was born!

We set off on our big adventure in July 2022 and headed to Asia. Since departing, we have been documenting our travels here as well as on Instagram and the occasional YouTube video.

We love the unexpected and always try to get off the beaten path. Whether it’s eating at tiny hole in the wall curry joints, mad tuk tuk rides or simply going places that people said we shouldn’t, we’re always looking for adventure.
